Water Quality Testing
Testing your well water is important. Unlike city/municipal water, the homeowner is responsible for ensuring that the water is safe for consumption. Our inspectors will obtain water samples from your home and our laboratory partner will test them for numerous harmful products including: Radon in water, Bacteria, Lead, Arsenic, Pesticides, and more. It will also be tested for pH and potability (if it is safe to drink).

Well Inspections
Our inspectors will test the water pressure (psi) and the flow (gpm) of your water supply over a period of 30-60 minutes. We will visibly inspect the well head and the well equipment within the home. We will measure the electrical draw from the well pump during the test. This will provide you with information about the performance of your private water supply.
