Radon Testing & Mold Testing
Radon Testing In The Air

Our inspectors will perform a radon test of the air in your home. We use Corentium Pro continuous monitoring radon machines that will monitor the air for 48 hours and provide detailed reports regarding the presence of radon in the air of your new home. Our machines are state of the art and are professionally calibrated yearly.
Mold Air Testing
To test for mold and indoor air quality (IAQ) we will place one of our air pumps in various locations within the building. We will sample the air, send the testing canisters to a licensed testing laboratory, and then deliver the report to your client portal.
Mold Surface Testing
When there are visible signs of mold within a property, we can sample these areas for laboratory testing. This can be done in conjunction with mold air testing or as a stand alone service.
Radon and Why it is Dangerous
How Radon Enters the Home
Unseen and often underestimated, mold can silently infiltrate your living spaces, posing a serious risk to both your health and the integrity of your home. Mold thrives in damp and humid environments, such as bathrooms, basements, and kitchens, and can spread rapidly if left unchecked.
While some types of mold are harmless, others release spores that can trigger allergic reactions, respiratory issues, and even worsen existing health conditions. To safeguard your well-being and your property, it's crucial to consider the importance of testing the air for mold presence. Professional mold testing not only identifies the extent of contamination but also helps pinpoint the specific mold types present, enabling effective remediation strategies.
Remember, mold doesn't discriminate, affecting old and new homes alike. Regular air testing is your proactive defense against this hidden menace, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for you and your loved ones. Don't wait until mold becomes a visible problem – take action now to breathe easy and live mold-free.
