Inspecting the roof on your new home is one of the most important parts of our inspections! We will get onto and walk every roof that we are able during our inspection however, many roofs in Connecticut are very steep and our weather and seasons can make walking roofs difficult or simply not possible. At Modern Home Inspections when we are unable to walk your roof we will deploy one of our drones. Our drones take high quality (4k) images and videos of your roof, chimney, skylights, and various roof penetrations. We have saved our customers thousands of dollars with our drones.
