Guidelines For Cancellations And Refunds

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms

When you schedule an inspection, you are buying a timeslot with our skilled team. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Advance notice allows us enough time to reallocate labor and/or schedule another inspection for that same time slot. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a fee starting at 50% of the total inspection fee.

These fees are in place to cover the cost of preparation, scheduling and the inspector’s lost wages. The fee is dependent upon the number of staff that we have allocated to your project. This includes, but is not limited to, home inspectors, mold analysis, termite inspectors, well inspectors, and sewer/septic technicians.

 

If services are in progress or have already been completed (ie: radon, water testing, mold, septic, etc). We are unable to offer a cancellation concession. “In progress” is defined as the technician has arrived to the defined property at the arranged time.

If you need to reschedule, doing so more than 48 hours before the appointment will not incur any fees. 

 

Refund Options:

​

  • Rescheduling/Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice: Eligible for a full 100% refund.

  • Rescheduling/Cancellations made with 24 - 48 hours notice: Eligible for a partial refund of 50%. 

  • Rescheduling/Cancellations made with 24 hours or less notice: No Refund
